A Tasting in the Garden

This past week, Soundwave Productions was asked to provide some sound and lighting support for a very special event in St. Petersburg, FL.  It was unique because of it’s location and it’s function.

The event was a tasting, which is an event where a caterer brings in some of their best dishes and cocktails for prospective clients to taste and experience.   And they also show off a location with decor, lighting, and sound.  That’s where Soundwave came in.

But the coolest part of this tasting was the location: St. Pete’s famous Sunken Gardens!  This is an amazing location to hold any sort of event and just to walk around.  It’s basically winding, sloping area that is filled with beautiful trees and pools and all sorts of fauna and tropical birds.  It’s paved walk ways make it a very pleasant experience to meander through the breathtaking views of nature.  And it’s all located a stone’s throw away from down town St. Pete.

Adding to the beautiful venue was the decor and lighting choices made by Catering By Design, the catering client who brought Soundwave in.

We can’t sing the praises of Catering by Design enough, and we look forward to returning to the Sunken Gardens again, very soon!
