Tony
Casler
Tony,
after owning and operating a successful disc jockey company for
10 years, followed his passion of event production and founded Soundwave
Productions in the spring of May 2001. His carreer in retail management
for companies such as Radio Shack, UPS, Burdines, Macy's, and LandStar
Logistics has aided in his success as a business owner. He has recieved
formal training as a sound technician under Pat Brown of SynAudCon,
and attends annual conferences and training seminars. Tony has served
as technical director and lead sound positions for local churches,
and sound companies. He has recently worked with national artists
such as, Black Eyed Peas, Wyclef, Fergie, and The Jonas Brothers.
He
is active in many local and national organizations including Visit
Tampa Bay, Tampa Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, MPI, NACE, and the
ADJA.

Andino
William
joined the Soundwave Productions team in August 2007. He possesses
over 15 years of experience in the Audio Visual/Hotel Industry.
He worked for 10 years for the Westin Riomar Resort in Puerto Rico
as a Production Manager (managed all incoming events to the Convention
Center from a audio visual perspective). He worked for 4 years in
the Wyndham Conquistador as an Operations Manager for the in house
Audio Visual Company, Stage Crew Audio Visual. He also worked as
the A/V tech for the Business Building during his college years
at Fresno State College in Fresno, California. William has a BA
in Radio & Television Production and an AA in Communications.
